Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, paleo, dairy-free, nut-free, and more. Set your preferences and allergies in onboarding and they apply to every generated plan.
We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation with your activity level to calculate your daily target. Meals are generated to hit that target within about 50 calories per day.
